Salads - We use romaine, homemade dressings (always on the side) and the freshest local sourced produce.
Crisp romaine, homemade croutons, fresh shaved parmesan with caesar dressing.
Romaine, Lotsa shredded Mozzarella, pepperoni and pepperoncini served with a sweet white balsamic.

Pizzas - Our ‘one size fits all’ is a 15”, 8 slice pie. We cold ferment the our dough for 36 hours, to create a New York style pizza with a soft and crispy crust. Each pie comes with some of our Whipped ricotta for dipping. Buon appetito!
